R4BP – Register biocidnih proizvodov

R4BP 3 je osrednji sistem, prek katerega se bodo obdelale vse vloge za izdajo dovoljenja za biocidne proizvode. Zagotavlja funkcije, ki industriji in organom omogočajo izpolnjevanje zakonodajnih zahtev ter izmenjavo informacij med njimi. 

Vloge za priglasitev biocidov v skladu z uredbo o biocidnih proizvodih (BPR, Uredba (EU) št. 528/2012) so se začele obravnavati 1. septembra 2013. 

IUCLID 5 se uporablja za zbiranje, urejanje in shranjevanje podatkov o aktivnih snoveh in biocidnih proizvodih. Za predložitev vloge ustvarite dokumentacijo IUCLID 5 in jo posredujte agenciji ECHA in nacionalnim organom prek R4BP 3. IUCLID 5 lahko prenesete s spletne strani IUCLID. 

 

From the release of the R4BP 3.2 on 3 December 2014, a new user account management will be available in R4BP 3.
 
  • If you are an authorisation holder or you have an application ongoing in R4BP 2, make sure you have tagged your Legal Entity in the system by 20 November 2014. If you do not tag your Legal Entity to your applications and authorisations in R4BP 2 you will not be able to access your assets or proceed with your applications in R4BP 3.2. Please refer to the ‘Q&A on Migration' for further instruction on how to tag your Legal Entity, or contact the ECHA Helpdesk.
  • If you already have a REACH-IT/R4BP 3 account, you will be requested to reset your password the first time you login to R4BP 3.
  • If you do not have a REACH-IT account, you will be able to sign up in the R4BP 3 portal by following the steps in the system. Further information and instructions will be also available in December.
