Guidance Documents
These documents have been developed with the participation of many stakeholders: Industry, Member States and NGOs. The objective of these documents is to facilitate the implementation of the legislation in ECHA's remit by describing good practice on how to fulfil the obligations.
These documents address specific key points on a selection of the main topics under ECHA's responsibility, including the chemicals legislation and IT tools where these points are not already covered in guidance documents and manuals.
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) is producing a series of shortened versions of the REACH Guidance Documents in order to make the corresponding Guidance Documents published by the Agency more accessible for industry.
