Registry of CLH intentions until outcome
Member States, or manufacturers, importers or downstream users may propose a harmonised classification and labelling of a substance. Anyone with relevant information on the identity or hazard properties of the substance may bring this to the attention of the party submitting a CLH dossier during the early stages of the process, or provide such information at the latest during the public consultation. The ‘Status’ column provides information on the stage of the process the substance is in. Further information on these different stages is available on the CLH process page linked here.
Substances for which an Opinion was adopted by the Committee for Risk Assessment are indicated with the Status “Opinion Adopted” in the table below.
Note: The value ‘MIDU’ under the ‘Submitter’ field refers to Manufacturer, Importer or Downstream User.
The classification tables for those substances that have been reviewed are listed in the ‘Corrigenda to the RAC opinions’ document.
