R4BP - Biocīdu reģistrs
R4BP 3 ir galvenais centrs, ar kura starpniecību iesniedz visus biocīdu pieteikumus. Tas nodrošina funkcijas, kas ļauj nozarei un iestādēm izpildīt tiesību aktu prasības un savstarpēji apmainīties ar informāciju.
Biocīdu iesniegumus saskaņā ar Biocīdu regulu (BPR, Regula (ES) Nr. 528/2012) pieņem no 2013. gada 1. septembra.
IUCLID 5 izmanto datu vākšanai, organizēšanai un uzglabāšanai par aktīvām vielām un biocīdiem. Lai pieteiktos, izveidojiet IUCLID 5 dokumentāciju un iesniedziet to ECHA un valstu iestādēm ar R4BP 3 starpniecību. IUCLID 5 iespējams lejupielādēt no IUCLID tīmekļa vietnes.
- If you are an authorisation holder or you have an application ongoing in R4BP 2, make sure you have tagged your Legal Entity in the system by 20 November 2014. If you do not tag your Legal Entity to your applications and authorisations in R4BP 2 you will not be able to access your assets or proceed with your applications in R4BP 3.2. Please refer to the ‘Q&A on Migration' for further instruction on how to tag your Legal Entity, or contact the ECHA Helpdesk.
- If you already have a REACH-IT/R4BP 3 account, you will be requested to reset your password the first time you login to R4BP 3.
- If you do not have a REACH-IT account, you will be able to sign up in the R4BP 3 portal by following the steps in the system. Further information and instructions will be also available in December.
