The Finance Unit coordinates and manages the Agency’s financial resources to ensure adequate resourcing of the operations, as well as efficient planning and implementation of the Agency's budget.

The Human Resources Unit manages ECHA's human resources to enable the organisation to reach its strategic goals and deliverables in compliance with applicable EU rules and best management practice. It also leads on the implementation of ECHA’s People and Organisational Strategy.

The Corporate Services Unit provides organisation-wide services to ensure a safe and healthy physical work environment for staff and visitors that facilitates the achievement of the Agency’s objectives.
