National Inspectorates - Malta

In Malta, the authority responsible for the enforcement of the REACH, CLP, BPR, POP and PIC Regulations is the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA), in cooperation with the Environment and Resources Authority (ERA) with respect to the POP Regulation, through the implementation of the Product Safety Act, the Pesticides Control Act and the Environment Protection Act.
