Access to documents relating to testing proposal examination

The European Ombudsman closed her inquiry into complaint 2186/2012/FOR against ECHA on the basis that it has accepted her draft resolution and taken steps to implement it. The case was about the Agency's refusal to grant access to certain documents relating to testing proposal examination on three chemical substances. The complaint was initiated by a NGO.
