Four new practical guides clarify data sharing under the biocides regulation

ECHA launches a new special series of practical guides on data sharing, which provide hands-on advice to companies dealing with biocides.
Helsinki, 23 February 2015 – The documents have been developed in cooperation with the European Commission and stakeholders, and particularly aim to help small and medium-sized companies with the upcoming deadline for inclusion on the Article 95 list. From 1 September 2015, a biocidal product consisting of, containing, or generating a relevant substance, cannot be made available on the EU market if the substance supplier or product supplier is not included in the Article 95 list for the product type to which the product belongs.
The final versions will be published by ECHA in late March. However, the working documents are already now available at the link below.
