2010 Registrants - final reminders
The 30 November deadline is almost upon us and registration dossiers arrive in ever increasing numbers. However, if you still need to submit, here are some final reminders:
Business rules:
Almost 99% of the business rules are automated in REACH-IT. This means that you will get a business rule confirmation immediately after the virus check on your dossier. This minimises any delay, so that you can re-submit in case you have a business rule failure.
Technical completeness check:
After successful submission, ECHA will carry out a technical completeness check of each registration dossier. If you fail the first completeness check, you can try again, but just once. This step can take place after the 30 November deadline, provided your resubmission is made within the specific deadline granted by ECHA. Note that use of the TCC tool (available for free) will avoid you failing the completeness check. If you fail the second technical completeness check, your registration will fail.
Invoice:
Passing the technical completeness check isn't the end. You also have to pay your invoice on time or your registration will fail.
More information:
More information on dossier submission is available here. In addition, ECHA has carried out a number of specific webinars on passing the business rules step. Webinars are available here.
