ECHA launches satisfaction surveys

ECHA's annual satisfaction surveys will be launched on the 12 November 2012. An online survey link will be sent by email to respondents who will have two weeks time to complete the survey. The results will be part of ECHA's annual general report. Each year, ECHA assesses some of its work programme performance indicators with a satisfaction survey. This year for the first time registration, data-sharing and dissemination as well as evaluation activities will also be assessed by a survey. These surveys provide ECHA with valuable feedback on its activities and complement the quantitative data based on other work programme indicators. A survey link will be sent to the ECHA Accredited Stakeholder Organisations (ASOs), REACH competent authorities in EU Member States and the ECHA committee and Forum members. A sample of companies in the REACH-IT database will receive a specific survey on scientific IT-tools, guidance as well as on registration, data-sharing and dissemination. A separate survey on news readership and the ECHA website will be sent to subscribers of ECHA news. In the latest survey made in 2011, ECHA's stakeholders and institutional partners showed a high level of satisfaction in ECHA's activities.
