New user role increases confidentiality for SCIP and poison centre notifiers
As of 6 June, you can assign a “Submission Portal Manager Restricted” role in your ECHA account both within your company and for external users. Those with this role can only see the submissions that they have made in the portal.
If several roles are assigned, the stronger role defines the access rights. For example, if someone is assigned the “Submission Portal Manager” role, those rights remain even if the new “restricted” role is assigned – and the user can still see all the submissions of the company.
Check our support material to find out how to assign and use this role.
