Recommandations du CSLEP
Le comité scientifique en matière de limites d’exposition professionnelle (CSLEP) a été créé pour la première fois par la Commission européenne en 1995 dans le but d’évaluer les effets potentiels sur la santé de l’exposition professionnelle aux produits chimiques dangereux, sur la base des données scientifiques disponibles les plus récentes. Les substances incluses dans ce répertoire ont été évaluées par le comité jusqu’en 2018, date à laquelle son mandat a pris fin.
Les recommandations scientifiques fondées sur la santé ont été utilisées pour fixer des valeurs limites d’exposition professionnelle afin de protéger les travailleurs contre les risques chimiques, dans le cadre de la directive sur les agents chimiques et de la directive sur les agents cancérigènes et mutagènes. Cette directive a ensuite été remplacée par la directive sur les agents cancérigènes ou mutagènes et les substances reprotoxiques (DCMR, 2004/37/CE).
Le répertoire, précédemment publié sur le site web du CSLEP, fournit la liste des substances pour lesquelles le CSLEP a adopté des recommandations et des avis relatifs aux évaluations toxicologiques des substances affectant la santé des travailleurs.
Comment lire le tableau
Les identifiants de substance présentés dans le tableau proviennent de la base de données des produits chimiques de l’ECHA:
- Nom de la substance
- Numéro CE/numéro de liste (numéro de la Communauté européenne/numéro de liste attribué par l’ECHA)
- Numéro de registre CAS (c’est-à-dire numéro de registre du Chemical Abstract Service – service des résumés analytiques de chimie).
Pour chaque substance, le tableau inclut également le nom spécifique du CSLEP (indiqué entre parenthèses, lorsque celui-ci diffère de celui de l’ECHA), le numéro de document du CSLEP, l’année où la recommandation a été adoptée ou révisée et la recommandation au format PDF.
