SCOEL-i soovitused
Töökeskkonna keemiliste mõjurite piirnormide teaduskomitee (SCOEL) moodustas Euroopa Komisjon esimest korda 1995. aastal eesmärgiga hinnata ohtlike kemikaalidega töökeskkonnas kokkupuutumise võimalikku mõju tervisele uusimate kättesaadavate teaduslike andmete põhjal. SCOEL hindas sellesse andmekogusse lisatud aineid kuni 2018. aastani, mil selle volitused lõppesid.
Tervisepõhiseid teaduslikke soovitusi on kasutatud töökeskkonnas kokkupuute piirnormide kehtestamiseks, et kaitsta töötajaid keemiliste riskide eest keemiliste mõjurite direktiivi ning kantserogeenide ja mutageenide direktiivi alusel. See direktiiv asendati hiljem kantserogeenide, mutageenide ja reproduktiivtoksiliste ainete direktiiviga (direktiiv CMRD, 2004/37/EÜ).
Varem SCOELi veebilehel avaldatud teabehoidlas on nende ainete loetelu, mille kohta SCOEL on vastu võtnud soovitused ja arvamused seoses töötajate tervist mõjutavate ainete toksikoloogiliste hindamistega.
Kuidas tabelit lugeda
Tabelis esitatud aine identifikaatorid on ECHA kemikaalide andmebaasist:
- Aine nimetus
- EÜ/loetelu number (Euroopa Ühenduse number / ECHA poolt määratud loetelunumber)
- CAS RN (st Chemical Abstracts Service’i registrinumber)
Iga aine kohta on tabelis esitatud ka konkreetne SCOELi nimetus (sulgudes, kui see erineb ECHA omast), SCOELi dokumendi number, soovituse vastuvõtmise või läbivaatamise aasta ja soovitus PDF-vormingus.
