QSAR Toolbox version 3.2 now available
ECHA/NA/13/46
A new release of the OECD QSAR Toolbox is now available to download.
Helsinki, 12 December 2013 – The QSAR Toolbox helps registrants and authorities to group chemicals and to fill data gaps by read-across techniques and (Q)SAR* models in order to assess (eco)toxicity hazards of chemicals to be registered under REACH. This helps to reduce costs and unnecessary testing on vertebrate animals.
The new features of the QSAR Toolbox 3.2 are:
- Updated versions of six databases including REACH registration data from the REACH dissemination website;
- IUCLID 5.5 compatibility;
- Updated auto oxidation and rat liver metabolism simulators;
- Updated versions of 12 profilers for grouping chemicals.
In addition, the QSAR Toolbox 3.2 contains an enhanced user interface and other minor functionality improvements.
The new release is part of a collaborative project between the OECD and ECHA. You can download it from the QSAR Toolbox website.
