Utvärdering av registreringsunderlag
Under 2022 antog Echa 252 beslut om efterlevnadskontroller avseende 1 612 informationskrav där dataluckor hade upptäckts. Dessutom antog kemikaliemyndigheten 169 beslut om testningsförslag avseende 347 informationskrav där testning ursprungligen hade föreslagits.
400 beslut antogs utan medlemsstatskommitténs medverkan (dvs. medlemsstaterna skickade inga ändringsförslag). 21 beslut antogs i samarbete med medlemsstatskommittén: 18 via skriftligt förfarande och 3 under medlemsstatskommitténs möten.

Under 2022 antog Echa 9 beslut om ämnesutvärdering, med 12 begäranden om ytterligare information för att bedöma säkerheten hos ämnen som potentiellt inger betänkligheter.
Fyra av dessa beslut antogs utan medlemsstatskommitténs medverkan (dvs. varken Echa eller medlemsstaterna skickade några ändringsförslag). Fem beslut antogs i samarbete med medlemsstatskommittén: fyra beslut via skriftligt förfarande och ett under medlemsstatskommitténs möten.
