Bylos, kuriose ECHA yra atsakovė arba į bylą įstojusi šalis
Šioje lentelėje išvardytos visos užbaigtos teismo bylos su nuosprendžiais, kuriose ECHA yra viena iš šalių. Suinteresuotosios šalys gali lengvai rasti joms aktualius sprendimus, susijusius su pagrindinėmis ECHA veiklos sritimis (REACH, CLP ir kt.) Kai kuriose bylose sprendimas dar nepriimtas laukiant apeliacijos nagrinėjimo rezultatų arba kito teismo sprendimo. Tai taip pat nurodyta lentelėje. Lentelėje nepateiktos su darbuotojais ar viešaisiais pirkimais susijusios bylos.
Užbaigtos teismo bylos suskirstytos į aštuonias kategorijas:
- REACH kandidatinis sąrašas: su labai didelį susirūpinimą keliančių cheminių medžiagų nustatymu susijusios bylos;
- REACH registracija: bylos, susijusios su bendro duomenų teikimo prievole;
- REACH autorizacija: su cheminės medžiagos įtraukimu į autorizacijos sąrašą (XIV priedas) ir paraiškomis autorizacijai gauti susijusios bylos;
- REACH vertinimas: bylos, kai vykstant vertinimo procedūrai (pagal REACH reglamento 40, 41 ar 46 straipsnius) ECHA paprašė registruotojo pateikti daugiau informacijos;
- suderinta klasifikacija: su cheminės medžiagos suderinta klasifikacija susijusios bylos;
- biocidai: su biocidais susijusios bylos;
- susipažinimas su dokumentais: su prašymais susipažinti su dokumentais susijusios bylos;
- įmonės dydis: su įmonių dydžio patikra ir atitinkamų mokesčių mokėjimu susijusios bylos.
