ECHA Newsletter now online
Helsinki, 21 February 2019 – Read about one of the Agency’s main priorities for 2019 – the work being carried out to improve the compliance of REACH registrations. Our editorial also highlights ECHA’s approach to embracing new ways of working – one of which is to be more considerate of the environment. As an example of this, there will no longer be a print version of the Newsletter.
There are also articles on proposed restrictions for microplastics and cobalt salts, mapping the use of plastic additives in Europe, and how sustainable substitution solutions have started to appear on the biocides market.
You can look at a case study on the international trade of hazardous chemicals and its impact on Cameroon and hear the latest about research on nanosafety, protecting consumers against endocrine disruptors and how to stay safe when renovating your home.
