Věci, ve kterých agentura ECHA vystupuje jako odpůrce nebo vedlejší účastník

Tato tabulka obsahuje všechny uzavřené soudní věci, u nichž bylo vydáno rozhodnutí a jednou ze stran byla agentura ECHA. Zainteresované subjekty tak mají snadný přístup k rozhodnutím, která mohou být předmětem jejich zájmu a týkají se hlavních činností agentury ECHA (mj. nařízení REACH a CLP). Některé věci mohou být ve fázi odvolacího řízení nebo odkazu, i ty jsou však v tabulce uvedeny. Tabulka neobsahuje věci týkající se zaměstnanců nebo veřejných zakázek.

Uzavřené soudní věci jsou rozčleněny do osmi kategorií:

seznam látek pro případné zahrnutí do přílohy XIV nařízení REACH: věci týkající se identifikace látky jako látky vzbuzující mimořádné obavy,
Registrace podle nařízení REACH: věci související s povinností společného předložení údajů,
povolování v rámci nařízení REACH: věci týkající se zařazení látky na seznam látek podléhajících povolení (příloha XIV) a žádostí o povolení,
hodnocení v rámci nařízení REACH: věci týkající se situací, kdy si agentura ECHA vyžádala od žadatele o registraci informace v rámci postupu hodnocení (články 40, 41 a 46 nařízení REACH),
harmonizovaná klasifikace a označení: věci týkající se harmonizace klasifikace látky,
biocidy: věci týkající se biocidů,
přístup k dokumentům: věci týkající se žádostí o přístup k dokumentům,
velikost podniku: věci týkající se ověřování velikosti podniku a souvisejících poplatků.
