Förfarande för överklagande
Vissa av Europeiska kemikaliemyndighetens beslut, vilka anges i artikel 91 i Reachförordningen och artikel 77 i biocidförordningen, kan överklagas till myndighetens överklagandenämnd.
Reglerna för överklagandeförfaranden anges i arbetsordningen .
För att hjälpa parterna att agera i enlighet med de juridiska kraven och förbereda sina överklaganden så effektivt som möjligt har överklagandenämnden dessutom antagit praktiska anvisningar.
I samma syfte har överklagandenämnden även offentliggjort särskilda formulär och en checklista till stöd. Att använda formulären är inte obligatoriskt, men rekommenderas starkt.
