Echa rapporterar om de framsteg som gjorts under 2021 inom utvärderingen av registreringsunderlag och ämnen enligt artikel 54 i Reachförordningen.

Utvärdering av underlag

Under 2021 antog Echa 278 beslut om kontroll av att kraven är uppfyllda avseende 1 746 informationskrav där dataluckor hade upptäckts. Dessutom antog kemikaliemyndigheten 165 beslut om testningsförslag avseende 277 informationskrav där testning ursprungligen hade föreslagits.

Av de antagna besluten antogs 406 utan samarbete med medlemsstatskommittén (dvs. medlemsstaterna skickade inga ändringsförslag). 37 beslut antogs i samarbete med medlemsstatskommittén: 32 beslut i ett skriftligt förfarande och 5 under medlemsstatskommitténs möten

Ämnesutvärdering

Under 2021 antog Echa 10 beslut om ämnesutvärdering, med 14 begäranden om ytterligare information för att bedöma säkerheten hos ämnen som kan inge betänkligheter.

Alla 10 av dessa beslut antogs i samarbete med medlemsstatskommittén: 9 beslut i ett skriftligt förfarande och 1 under medlemsstatskommitténs möten.
