The DWD IT user group has been set up by ECHA to help in developing the IT tools that economic operators and the Member State authorities will use to prepare and submit DWD dossiers from the end of 2025.

These IT tools include:

• The IUCLID format that applicants will use for preparing their notifications of intention and applications to ECHA.
• The validation rules that will be available for applicants to use to check whether their dossiers contain the necessary information.
• The filtering rules that will be available to verify the information that will be published by ECHA.
• The submission tool that applicants will use to submit their applications.

The user group holds periodic meetings, and the presentations from each meeting are provided below. The user group is welcoming additional members. To express interest contact ECHA.
