Az ECHA a REACH-rendelet 54. cikkével összhangban jelentést tesz a dokumentációk és az anyagok értékelése terén 2021-ban elért előrehaladásról.

A dokumentáció értékelése


2022-ben az ECHA 252 megfelelőségellenőrzési határozatot fogadott el, amelyek 1612 olyan információs követelményre vonatkoztak, amelyek esetében adathiányt tártak fel. Emellett az Ügynökség 169 vizsgálati javaslatra vonatkozó határozatot fogadott el 347 információs követelményre vonatkozóan, amelyekre eredetileg vizsgálatot javasoltak.

400 határozatot a tagállami bizottság bevonása nélkül fogadtak el (azaz a tagállamok nem nyújtottak be módosítási javaslatokat). További 21 határozatot a tagállami bizottság bevonásával fogadtak el: 18 határozatot írásbeli eljárás során, és 3 határozatot a tagállami bizottság ülésein.

Az anyagok értékelése

2022-ben az ECHA 9 anyagértékelési határozatot fogadott el, amelyek közül 12-ben további információt kért a potenciálisan aggodalomra okot adó anyagok biztonságosságának értékelése céljából.

A határozatok közül 4 a tagállami bizottság bevonása nélkül került elfogadásra (azaz az ECHA és a tagállamok nem nyújtottak be módosítási javaslatokat). 5 határozatot a tagállami bizottság bevonásával fogadtak el: 4 határozatot írásbeli eljárás során, és 1 határozatot a tagállami bizottság ülésein.
