Predmeti u kojima je ECHA tužena strana ili intervenijent
Sljedeća tablica sadrži sve sudske predmete okončane presudom u kojima je ECHA bila stranka u postupku. Zainteresirane strane jednostavno se mogu pozvati na odluke koje su za njih relevantne u sklopu osnovnih aktivnosti ECHA-e (uredbe REACH, CLP, i druge). Za neke je predmete u postupku žalba ili daljnje upućivanje odnosno uzvrat, što je također navedeno u tablici. U tablici nisu navedeni predmeti koji se bave osobljem ili javnom nabavom.
Riješeni sudski predmeti razvrstani su u osam kategorija:
- Popis predloženih tvari prema REACH-u: predmeti vezani uz identifikaciju posebno zabrinjavajućih tvari;
- Registracija u skladu s Uredbom REACH: predmeti povezani s obvezom zajedničkog podnošenja podataka;
- Autorizacija prema REACH-u: predmeti vezani uz uvrštavanje tvari u popis tvari koje podliježu autorizaciji (prilog XIV.) i uz zahtjeve za davanje autorizacije;
- Evaluacija prema REACH-u: predmeti u kojima je ECHA u okviru postupka evaluacije zatražila informacije od podnositelja registracije (članci 40., 41. ili 46. Uredbe REACH);
- CLH: predmeti koji se bave usklađivanjem razvrstavanja tvari;
- Biocidi: predmeti koji se odnose na biocide;
- ATD: predmeti vezani uz pristup dokumentima;
- Veličina poduzeća: predmeti vezani uz potvrđivanje veličine poduzeća i povezane naknade.
