The Ad Hoc Environmental Exposure WG will support the Biocidal Products Committee and its Working Groups (especially the Working Group on Environment) with issues related to environmental exposure to biocides, including among others:

• Technical, scientific and conception-related matters as well as generic or specific methodological issues
• Harmonisation of the approach for assessing environmental exposure to biocides
• Implementation of the strategies of biocides exposure assessment
• Identification of the needs to revise the existing guidance documents on environmental exposure to biocidal products and contribution to the revision, where appropriate
