Information on biocides
Aqui pode encontrar informações sobre produtos biocidas autorizados no mercado da UE/EEE, em conformidade com a Diretiva Produtos Biocidas (Diretiva 98/8/CE) ou o Regulamento Produtos Biocidas (Regulamento (UE) n.º 528/2012).
Todos os produtos biocidas que contêm substâncias ativas aprovadas são avaliados quanto à sua segurança e eficácia antes de serem autorizados a ser vendidos na UE. No entanto, os produtos que se encontravam no mercado antes de 2000 podem continuar a ser vendidos enquanto as autoridades avaliam as substâncias ativas que contêm.

Pode procurar produtos biocidas com:
Nomes comerciais do produto:
Tipo de produto;
A substância ativa do produto (inclui a opção de pesquisar por substâncias ativas conhecidas como candidatas a substituição);
Dados de autorização (por exemplo, o titular da autorização ou o número de autorização);
Informações pormenorizadas sobre o produto, por exemplo, informações sobre a utilização, tais como o organismo-alvo e o método de aplicação de um produto, ou advertências de perigo e recomendações de prudência).
Tipos de autorizações de produtos
Estão disponíveis informações de três tipos de autorização:
Procedimento de autorização simplificado Estes produtos biocidas têm um perfil ambiental ou de saúde humana e animal mais favorável e, por conseguinte, seguem um procedimento mais simples. A autorização é publicada juntamente com as correspondentes notificações de colocação de um produto biocida no mercado.
Autorização da União Estes produtos biocidas estão autorizados a ser colocados no mercado em toda a UE/EEE e na Suíça.
Autorizações nacionais Estes produtos biocidas estão autorizados em países específicos da UE. A autorização é publicada juntamente com os reconhecimentos mútuos conexos nos outros Estados-Membros onde o produto biocida foi autorizado no mercado.
A forma como a informação é apresentada
Os produtos biocidas são apresentados como grupos de autorizações, clusters de produtos, onde os reconhecimentos mútuos (extensões da autorização do produto nacional a outras áreas de mercado) são apresentados com as suas autorizações de referência. Isto permite-lhe acompanhar todas as áreas de mercado onde um produto específico é colocado, bem como todos os nomes comerciais sob os quais um produto é comercializado. Os produtos autorizados através do mesmo procedimento de autorização de produtos biocidas têm os seus próprios agrupamentos.
O princípio do agrupamento de produtos também é aplicado às pesquisas. Isto significa que a tabela de resultados apresenta os grupos de produtos que contêm pelo menos uma autorização que satisfaz os critérios de pesquisa. Por conseguinte, se pesquisar, por exemplo, procurando o estado de autorização «autorizado», encontrará todos os grupos de produtos em que pelo menos uma autorização contém este estatuto específico.
O quadro de resultados apresenta informações a nível do agrupamento de produtos, enquanto a ficha informativa do produto contém mais informações sobre autorizações de produtos específicos. Cada produto tem uma ficha de informação específica que contém informações sobre nomes comerciais, documentos e titulares de autorizações aplicáveis por autorização de produto individual, incluindo o historial de avaliação do produto. A ficha informativa pode ser consultada através do ícone olho no quadro de resultados.
Outros produtos biocidas
Pode comparar até quatro produtos para ver as suas propriedades, tais como as substâncias ativas no produto, as suas concentrações, as informações sobre a utilização do produto e as advertências de perigo e as recomendações de prudência.
A maior parte das informações contidas na ferramenta de comparação provém do Resumo das Características do Medicamento (RCP). O resumo das características do produto está disponível apenas para os produtos autorizados desde 2016. Os produtos com um RCP apresentado antes de 1 de janeiro de 2016 conterão apenas informações limitadas na ferramenta de comparação: nomes comerciais, área de mercado, substância ativa (sem concentração) e tipo de produto.
Resultados da exportação
Pode exportar os resultados dos produtos biocidas para os formatos normalizados do sítio Web da ECHA (XLS, CSV e XML). Os resultados exportados são organizados por autorização de produto, ou seja, cada autorização será apresentada numa linha individual.
A coluna «Organismo visado» do ficheiro exportado é uma combinação de três campos: nome comum, nome científico e fase de desenvolvimento, tais como: rato (Rattus norvegicus) Adultos.
Note-se que, devido a limitações técnicas, apenas um número limitado de autorizações anuladas e caducadas é atualmente apresentado. Serão publicados progressivamente.
Lista descarregável (Extrato do R4BP2)
O ficheiro descarregável abaixo contém as autorizações de produtos em conformidade com a Diretiva 98/8/CE (Diretiva relativa aos produtos biocidas) e o Regulamento (UE) n.º 528/2012 (Regulamento relativo aos produtos biocidas) que foram extraídas do sistema informático R4BP2 em 1 de setembro de 2013.
Note-se que a lista descarregável fornecida abaixo se baseia nos dados disponíveis no sistema R4BP2 a partir de 1 de setembro de 2013. Estes dados podem não estar totalmente completos, nem atualizados na íntegra.
