Az ECHA a REACH-rendelet 54. cikkével összhangban jelentést tesz a dokumentációk és az anyagok értékelése terén 2021-ban elért előrehaladásról.

Dokumentációértékelés

2021-ben az ECHA 278 megfelelőség-ellenőrzési határozatot fogadott el, amelyek 1746 olyan információs követelményre vonatkoztak, amelyek esetében adathiányt tártak fel. Emellett az Ügynökség 165 vizsgálati javaslatra vonatkozó határozatot fogadott el 277 információs követelményre vonatkozóan, amelyekre eredetileg vizsgálatot javasoltak.

Az elfogadott határozatok közül 406 a tagállami bizottság bevonása nélkül került elfogadásra (azaz a tagállamok nem nyújtottak be módosítási javaslatokat). 37 határozatot a tagállami bizottság bevonásával fogadtak el: 32 határozatot írásbeli eljárás során, és 5 határozatot a tagállami bizottság ülésein

Anyagértékelés

2021-ben az ECHA 10 anyagértékelési határozatot fogadott el, amelyek közül 14-ben további információt kértek a potenciálisan aggodalomra okot adó anyagok biztonságosságának értékelése céljából.

Mind a 10 határozatot a tagállami bizottság bevonásával fogadták el: 9 határozatot írásbeli eljárás során, és 1 határozatot a tagállami bizottság ülésein.
