Progress in evaluation in 2021

Agentura ECHA podává zprávu o pokroku dosaženém v roce 2021 v rámci hodnocení dokumentace a látek v souladu s článkem 54 nařízení REACH.

Hodnocení dokumentací

V roce 2021 přijala agentura ECHA 278 rozhodnutí o kontrolách souladu týkajících se 1 746 požadavků na informace, u kterých byly identifikovány chybějící údaje. Kromě toho agentura přijala 165 rozhodnutí o návrzích zkoušek týkajících se 277 požadavků na informace, pro které byly původně navrženy zkoušky.

406 z přijatých rozhodnutí bylo přijato bez účasti Výboru členských států (tj. členské státy nezaslaly návrhy na změny). S účastí Výboru členských států bylo přijato 37 rozhodnutí: 32 v písemném postupu a 5 během zasedání Výboru členských států.

Hodnocení látek

V roce 2021 agentura ECHA přijala deset rozhodnutí o hodnocení látek a vydala čtrnáct žádostí o další informace pro posouzení bezpečnosti látek potenciálně vzbuzujících obavy.

Všech těchto deset rozhodnutí bylo přijato s účastí Výboru členských států: devět v písemném postupu a jedno během zasedání Výboru členských států.
