Opening hours
The European Chemicals Agency's business hours are:
Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 (Helsinki time)
Submission times through IT tools
REACH and CLP dossiers can be submitted through REACH-IT from Monday 10:00 to Friday 21:00 (Helsinki time). REACH-IT is normally closed on weekends and public holidays.
Biocides and PIC applications can be submitted through R4BP 3 and ePIC 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Support is available during ECHA business hours.
