Information on biocides

Hier vindt u informatie over biociden die in overeenstemming met de biocidenrichtlijn (Richtlijn 98/8/EG) of de biocidenverordening (Verordening (EU) nr. 528/2012) zijn toegelaten op de markt van de EU/EER.

Alle biociden die goedgekeurde werkzame stoffen bevatten, worden op veiligheid en werkzaamheid beoordeeld voordat ze in de EU mogen worden verkocht. Producten die vóór 2000 in de handel zijn gebracht, kunnen echter verder worden verkocht tijdens de beoordeling door de autoriteiten van de in die producten opgenomen werkzame stoffen.

Hoe moet ik zoeken?

U kunt naar biociden zoeken via:

de handelsnaam van het product;

de productsoort;

de werkzame stof in het product (inclusief de optie om te zoeken op werkzame stoffen waarvan bekend is dat ze in aanmerking komen voor vervanging);

toelatingsgegevens, (bijvoorbeeld houder van de toelating of toelatingsnummer);

productgegevens, bijvoorbeeld gebruiksinformatie, zoals doelorganisme en toepassingsmethode van een product, of gevarenaanduidingen en veiligheidsaanbevelingen).

Soorten producttoelatingen

Er is informatie beschikbaar over drie soorten producttoelatingen:

vereenvoudigde toelating: voor de toelating van biociden met een gunstiger milieu- of gezondheidsprofiel voor mens en dier geldt een eenvoudigere procedure. De toelating wordt samen met de bijbehorende kennisgevingen betreffende het in de handel brengen van een biocide gepubliceerd;

toelating van de Unie: deze toelating betreft biociden die in de hele EU/EER en Zwitserland in de handel mogen worden gebracht;

nationale toelating: deze toelating betreft biociden die zijn toegelaten in specifieke EU-landen. De toelating wordt samen met de bijbehorende wederzijdse erkenningen door de andere lidstaten waar het biocide op de markt is toegelaten, gepubliceerd.

Hoe wordt de informatie gepresenteerd?

Biociden worden weergegeven als groepen toelatingen, productclusters, waarbij wederzijdse erkenningen (uitbreidingen van de nationale producttoelating naar andere nationale markten) samen met de referentietoelating worden gepresenteerd. Hiermee kunt u alle markten vinden waar een specifiek product in de handel is gebracht, alsook alle handelsnamen waaronder een product op de markt wordt aangeboden. Producten die zijn toegelaten via de procedure voor de toelating van dezelfde biociden, vormen eveneens clusters.

Het principe van productclustering wordt ook toegepast op zoekopdrachten. Dit betekent dat in de tabel met resultaten productclusters worden vermeld die ten minste één toelating omvatten die aan de zoekcriteria voldoet. Als u dus bijvoorbeeld zoekt naar de toelatingsstatus “toegelaten”, krijgt u alle productclusters te zien waarin ten minste één toelating deze specifieke status heeft.

De tabel met de zoekresultaten bevat informatie op productclusterniveau, terwijl meer informatie over specifieke producttoelatingen te vinden is in het productinformatieblad. Elk product heeft een speciaal productinformatieblad met informatie over de toepasselijke handelsnamen, documenten en houders van de toelating per individuele producttoelating, inclusief de beoordelingsgeschiedenis van het product. Dit productinformatieblad is toegankelijk via het oogpictogram in de tabel met de zoekresultaten.

Biociden vergelijken

U kunt maximaal vier producten met elkaar vergelijken door hun eigenschappen te laten weergeven, zoals de werkzame stoffen in de producten, de concentraties van die werkzame stoffen, gebruiksinformatie en gevarenaanduidingen en veiligheidsaanbevelingen.

De informatie in de vergelijkingstool is voornamelijk afkomstig uit de samenvatting van productkenmerken (SPC). De samenvatting van de productkenmerken is alleen beschikbaar voor producten die sinds 2016 zijn toegelaten. Voor producten waarvan de SPC is ingediend vóór 1 januari 2016 zullen slechts beperkte informatie worden weergegeven in de vergelijkingstool: de handelsnaam, nationale markt(en), werkzame stof (zonder concentratie) en productsoort.

Resultaten exporteren

U kunt de resultaten voor biociden exporteren naar de standaardformaten van de ECHA-website (XLS, CSV en XML). De geëxporteerde resultaten worden gerangschikt per producttoelating, d.w.z. elke toelating wordt gepresenteerd in een afzonderlijke rij.

De kolom “doelorganisme” in het geëxporteerde bestand is een combinatie van drie velden: gewone naam, wetenschappelijke naam en ontwikkelingsstadium, zoals: rat (Rattus norvegicus) volwassen exemplaren.

Houd er rekening mee dat door technische beperkingen momenteel slechts een beperkt aantal ingetrokken en verlopen toelatingen wordt weergegeven. Ingetrokken en verlopen toelatingen zullen geleidelijk worden gepubliceerd.

Downloadbare lijst (uittreksel uit R4BP2)

Het downloadbare bestand hieronder bevat de producttoelatingen overeenkomstig Richtlijn 98/8/EG (de biocidenrichtlijn) en Verordening (EU) nr. 528/2012 (de biocidenverordening) die op 1 september 2013 uit het R4BP2 IT-systeem zijn geëxtraheerd.

De onderstaande downloadbare lijst is gebaseerd op gegevens die beschikbaar waren in het R4BP2-systeem per 1 september 2013. Deze gegevens zijn mogelijk niet volledig of niet geheel actueel.
