Information on biocides
Information on biocides
Šeit ir atrodama informācija par biocīdiem, kas atļauti ES/EEZ tirgū saskaņā ar Biocīdu direktīvu (Direktīvu 98/8/EK) vai Biocīdu regulu (Regulu (ES) Nr. 528/2012).
Visiem biocīdiem, kas satur atļautās aktīvās vielas, tiek novērtēta drošība un efektivitāte, pirms tos ir atļauts pārdot ES. Tomēr produktus, kas bijuši pieejami tirgū pirms 2000. gada, var turpināt pārdot, kamēr iestādes novērtē to sastāvā esošās aktīvās vielas.
Kā meklēt?
Biocīdus var meklēt, izmantojot:
produkta tirdzniecības nosaukumu;
produkta veidu;
produkta sastāvā esošo aktīvo vielu (kas ietver iespēju meklēt pēc aktīvajām vielām, par kurām zināms, ka tās ir aizstājamas);
atļaujas datus (piemēram, atļaujas turētāju vai atļaujas numuru);
informāciju par produktu, piemēram, lietošanas informāciju, tādu kā piemēram, mērķa organisms un produkta lietošanas metode, vai bīstamības un piesardzības paziņojumi).
Produktu atļauju veidi
Ir pieejama informācija par trīs atļauju veidiem:
Vienkāršota licencēšana. Šiem biocīdiem ir labvēlīgāks vides vai cilvēku un dzīvnieku veselības profils, tāpēc tiem piemēro vienkāršāku procedūru. Atļauju publicē kopā ar saistītajiem paziņojumiem par biocīda laišanu tirgū.
ES licence. Šos biocīdus ir atļauts laist tirgū visā ES/EEZ un Šveicē.
Valsts atļaujas. Šie biocīdi ir atļauti konkrētās ES valstīs. Atļauju publicē kopā ar attiecīgajām savstarpējām atzīšanām citās dalībvalstīs, kurās biocīdu ir atļauts laist tirgū.
Kā informācija tiek sniegta.
Biocīdi ir attēloti kā atļauju grupas, produktu kopas, kur savstarpējā atzīšana (valsts produkta atļaujas attiecināšana uz citām tirgus jomām) ir norādīta kopā ar to atsauces atļaujām. Tas ļauj jums izsekot visām tirgus zonām, kurās konkrētais produkts ir pieejams, kā arī visiem tirdzniecības nosaukumiem, ar kuriem produkts tiek tirgots. Produktiem, kas atļauti saskaņā ar vienu un to pašu biocīdu atļaujas piešķiršanas procedūru, ir savas kopas.
Produktu grupēšanas princips tiek piemērots arī meklēšanai. Tas nozīmē, ka rezultātu tabulā ir parādītas produktu kopas, kurās ir vismaz viena atļauja, kas atbilst meklēšanas kritērijiem. Tāpēc, piemēram, meklējot pēc atļaujas statusa “atļauts”, tiks izgūtas visas produktu kopas, kurās vismaz vienai atļaujai ir šis īpašais statuss.
Rezultātu tabulā ir sniegta informācija par produktu kopas līmeni, savukārt plašāka informācija par konkrētām produktu atļaujām ir atrodama produktu faktu lapā. Katram produktam ir speciāla faktu lapa, kurā ir informācija par piemērojamiem tirdzniecības nosaukumiem, dokumentiem un atļaujas turētājiem katrai atsevišķai produkta atļaujai, tostarp produkta novērtēšanas vēsture. Faktu lapa ir pieejama rezultātu tabulā, izmantojot acu ikonu.
Salīdzināt biocīdus
Jūs varat salīdzināt līdz četriem produktiem, lai redzētu to īpašības, piemēram, aktīvās vielas produktā, to koncentrācijas, informāciju par produkta lietošanu un bīstamības un drošības prasību apzīmējumus.
Salīdzināšanas rīkā informācijas lielākā daļa ir ņemta no raksturojuma kopsavilkuma (RK). RK ir pieejams tikai tiem produktiem, kas ir atļauti kopš 2016. gada. Produkti ar produkta aprakstu, kas iesniegts pirms 2016. gada 1. janvāra, satur tikai ierobežotu informāciju salīdzināšanas rīkā: tirdzniecības nosaukumus, tirgus apgabalu, aktīvo vielu (bez koncentrācijas) un produkta veidu.
Eksportēt rezultātus
Biocīdu rezultātus varat eksportēt ECHA tīmekļa vietnes standarta formātos (XLS, CSV un XML). Eksportētie rezultāti ir sakārtoti pēc produkta atļaujām, piemēram, katra atļauja tiks uzrādīta atsevišķā rindā.
Sleja “mērķa organisms” eksportētajā failā ir trīs lauku kombinācija: parastais nosaukums, zinātniskais nosaukums un attīstības posms, piemēram, žurka (Rattus norvegicus), pieaugusi.
Lūdzam ņemt vērā, ka tehnisku ierobežojumu dēļ pašlaik tiek parādīts tikai ierobežots skaits anulēto un spēku zaudējušo atļauju. Tās tiks publicētas pakāpeniski.
Lejupielādējams saraksts (izvilkums no R4BP2)
Tālāk lejupielādējamā failā ir iekļautas tās produktu atļaujas saskaņā ar Direktīvu 98/8/EK (Biocīdu direktīvu) un Regulu (ES) Nr. 528/2012 (Biocīdu regulu), kas tika izgūtas no R4BP2 IT sistēmas 2013. gada 1. septembrī.
Ņemiet vērā, ka turpmāk sniegtais lejupielādējamais saraksts ir balstīts uz datiem, kas pieejami R4BP2 sistēmā no 2013. gada 1. septembra. Šie dati var būt nepilnīgi vai pilnībā neatjaunināti.
