A partition coefficient determination was conducted as part of a package of physico-chemical testing for TCD (Huntingdon Life Sciences, 2013, Study number VHJ0054). The testing was conducted in compliance with GLP, and the partition coefficient determination was performed according to OECD test guideline 117 and EC test method A.8.

TCD was found to have a log10Pow value of 6.0.
