Information on biocides
Ovdje možete pronaći informacije o biocidnim proizvodima odobrenima na tržištu EU-a/EGP-a u skladu s Direktivom o biocidnim proizvodima (Direktiva 98/8/EZ) i Uredbom o biocidnim proizvodima (Uredba (EU) br. 528/2012).
Svi biocidni proizvodi koji sadržavaju odobrene aktivne tvari ocjenjuju se u pogledu sigurnosti i djelotvornosti prije nego što im se dopusti prodaja u EU-u. Međutim, proizvodi koji su bili na tržištu prije 2000. mogu se nastaviti prodavati dok nadležna tijela ocjenjuju aktivne tvari koje sadrže.
Način pretraživanja
Biocidne proizvode možete pretražiti na temelju:
trgovačkog naziva proizvoda
vrste proizvoda
aktivne tvar u proizvodu (uz mogućnost pretraživanja prema aktivnim tvarima za koje se zna da su potencijalne tvari za zamjenu)
podatcima o odobrenju (na primjer nositelj odobrenja ili broj odobrenja)
pojedinosti o proizvodu (na primjer informacije o uporabi, kao što su ciljani organizam i metoda primjene proizvoda odnosno oznake upozorenja i obavijesti).
Vrste odobrenja proizvoda
Dostupne su informacije iz tri vrste odobrenja.
Pojednostavljeno odobrenje: Ti biocidni proizvodi imaju povoljniji profil u pogledu utjecaja na okoliš ili zdravlje ljudi i životinja te se stoga na njih primjenjuje jednostavniji postupak. Odobrenje se objavljuje zajedno s povezanim prijavama za stavljanje biocidnog proizvoda na tržište.
Odobrenje Unije: Ti biocidni proizvodi smiju se stavljati na tržište u cijelom EU-u/EGP-u i Švicarskoj.
Nacionalno odobrenje: Ti biocidni proizvodi odobreni su u određenim državama članicama EU-a. Odobrenje se objavljuje zajedno s povezanim uzajamnim priznanjem u drugim državama članicama u kojima je biocidni proizvod odobren na tržištu.
Način prikaza informacija
Biocidni proizvodi prikazuju se kao skupine odobrenja, skupine proizvoda, u kojima se međusobno priznavanje (proširenje nacionalnog odobrenja proizvoda na druge dijelove tržišta) prikazuje zajedno s njihovim referentnim odobrenjima. To vam omogućuje da pratite sve dijelove tržišta na kojima se određeni proizvod nudi, kao i sve trgovačke nazive pod kojima se proizvod stavlja na tržište. Proizvodi odobreni u okviru istog postupka odobrenja biocidnih proizvoda imaju vlastite klastere.
Načelo grupiranja proizvoda primjenjuje se i na pretraživanje. Stoga tablica s rezultatima prikazuje klastere proizvoda koji sadržavaju barem jedno odobrenje koje ispunjava kriterije pretraživanja. Na primjer, ako tražite status odobrenja „odobreno”, prikazat će se svi klasteri proizvoda u kojima barem jedno odobrenje sadržava taj posebni status.
Tablica s rezultatima prikazuje informacije na razini klastera proizvoda, dok se više informacija o posebnim odobrenjima proizvoda nalazi u informativnom listu o proizvodu. Svaki proizvod ima poseban informativni članak s informacijama o primjenjivim trgovačkim nazivima, dokumentima i nositeljima odobrenja za svako pojedinačno odobrenje proizvoda, uključujući prethodne procjene proizvoda. Informativni članak dostupan je putem ikone oka u tablici s rezultatima.
Usporedba biocidnih proizvoda
Možete usporediti do četiri proizvoda kako biste vidjeli njihova svojstva, kao što su aktivne tvari u proizvodu, njihove koncentracije, informacije o uporabi proizvoda te oznake upozorenja i obavijesti.
Većina informacija u alatu za usporedbu potječe iz sažetka opisa svojstava (SPC) proizvoda. SPC je dostupan samo za proizvode odobrene od 2016. Proizvodi sa sažetkom svojstava biocidnog proizvoda dostavljenima prije 1. siječnja 2016. sadrže samo ograničene informacije u alatu za usporedbu: trgovačka imena, tržišno područje, aktivnu tvar (bez koncentracije) i vrstu proizvoda.
Preuzimanje rezultata
Rezultate biocidnog proizvoda možete preuzeti u standardnim formatima ECHA-inog mrežnog mjesta (XLS, CSV i XML). Generirani rezultati razvrstani su prema odobrenju proizvoda, odnosno svako se odobrenje prikazuje u zasebnom retku.
Stupac „ciljni organizam” u generiranoj datoteci kombinacija je triju polja: uobičajenog naziva, znanstvenog naziva i faze razvoja, kao što je: štakor (Rattus norvegicus) odrasli.
Imajte na umu da se zbog tehničkih ograničenja trenutačno prikazuje samo ograničen broj povučenih i isteklih odobrenja koja će se postupno objavljivati.
Popis za preuzimanje (izvadak iz sustava R4BP2)
Datoteka koja se može preuzeti u nastavku sadrži odobrenja proizvoda u skladu s Direktivom 98/8/EZ (Direktiva o biocidnim proizvodima) i Uredbom (EU) br. 528/2012 (Uredba o biocidnim proizvodima) preuzeta iz IT sustava R4BP2 dana 1. rujna 2013.
Napominjemo da se popis za preuzimanje u nastavku temelji na podatcima dostupnima u sustavu R4BP2 od 1. rujna 2013. Ti podatci možda nisu potpuni ni ažurirani.
