Information on biocides
Aquí puede encontrar información sobre los biocidas autorizados en el mercado de la UE/EEE, de conformidad con la Directiva sobre biocidas (Directiva 98/8/EC) o el Reglamento sobre biocidas (Reglamento (UE) n.º 528/2012).
Todos los biocidas que contienen sustancias activas aprobadas se evalúan en cuanto a su seguridad y eficacia antes de que se permita su venta en la UE. Sin embargo, los productos que se comercializaban antes de 2000 pueden seguir vendiéndose mientras las autoridades están evaluando las sustancias activas que contienen.
¿Cómo se debe realizar la búsqueda?
Puede buscar biocidas con:
Denominación comercial del producto
Tipo de producto
El principio activo del producto (incluye la opción de buscar por sustancias activas de las que se sabe que son candidatas a la sustitución);
Datos de la autorización (por ejemplo, el titular de la autorización o el número de autorización);
Detalles del producto, por ejemplo, información de uso, como el organismo objetivo y el método de aplicación de un producto, o indicaciones de peligro y consejos de prudencia).
Tipos de autorizaciones de producto
Se dispone de información procedente de tres tipos de autorización:
Autorizaciones simplificadas Estos biocidas tienen un perfil medioambiental o de salud humana y animal más favorable y, por lo tanto, siguen un procedimiento más sencillo. La autorización se publica junto con las correspondientes notificaciones de comercialización de un biocida.
Autorizaciones de la Unión Europea Se permite la comercialización de estos biocidas en toda la UE/EEE y Suiza.
Autorizaciones nacionales (AFA) Estos biocidas están autorizados en determinados países de la UE. La autorización se publica junto con los reconocimientos mutuos correspondientes en los demás Estados miembros en los que se ha permitido la comercialización del biocida.
Cómo se presenta la información
Los biocidas se presentan como grupos de autorizaciones, grupos de productos, donde los reconocimientos mutuos (ampliaciones de la autorización nacional del producto a otras áreas comerciales se presentan con sus autorizaciones de referencia. Esto le permite hacer un seguimiento de todas las áreas comerciales en las que se comercializa un producto específico, así como de todos los nombres comerciales con los que se comercializa un producto. Los productos autorizados mediante el mismo procedimiento de autorización de biocidas tienen sus propias agrupaciones.
El principio de agrupación de productos también se aplica a las búsquedas. Esto significa que la tabla de resultados muestra grupos de productos que contienen al menos una autorización que cumple los criterios de búsqueda. Por lo tanto, si busca, por ejemplo, el estado de autorización «Autorizado», recuperará todas las agrupaciones de productos en las que al menos una autorización contenga este estado específico.
La tabla de resultados presenta información a nivel de grupo de productos, mientras que en la ficha de producto se puede encontrar más información sobre las autorizaciones de productos específicos. Cada producto cuenta con una ficha informativa específica que contiene información sobre los nombres comerciales, documentos y titulares de autorización aplicables por autorización de producto individual, incluido el historial de evaluación del producto. Se puede acceder a la ficha informativa a través del icono de ojo en el cuadro de resultados.
Compare otros biocidas
Puede comparar hasta cuatro productos para ver sus propiedades, como las sustancias activas presentes en el producto, sus concentraciones, la información sobre el uso del producto y las indicaciones de peligro y consejos de prudencia.
La mayor parte de la información de la herramienta de comparación procede del resumen de las características del producto (RCP). El RCP solo está disponible para los productos que han sido autorizados desde 2016. Los productos con un RCP presentado antes del 1 de enero de 2016 solo contendrán información limitada en la herramienta de comparación: nombres comerciales, área comercial, sustancia activa (sin concentración) y tipo de producto.
Resultados de la exportación
Puede exportar los resultados de los biocidas a los formatos normalizados del sitio web de la ECHA (XLS, CSV y XML). Los resultados exportados se ordenan por autorización de producto, es decir, cada autorización se presentará en una fila individual.
La columna "organismo objetivo" del archivo exportado es una combinación de tres campos: nombre común, nombre científico y fase de desarrollo, como por ejemplo: rata (Rattus norvegicus) Adultos.
Tenga en cuenta que, debido a limitaciones técnicas, actualmente sólo se muestra un número limitado de autorizaciones canceladas y caducadas. Se publicarán progresivamente.
Lista descargable (extracto de R4BP2)
El archivo descargable que figura a continuación contiene las autorizaciones de productos de conformidad con la Directiva 98/8/CE (Directiva sobre biocidas) y el Reglamento (UE) nº 528/2012 (Reglamento sobre biocidas) que se extrajeron del sistema informático R4BP2 el 1.º de septiembre de 2013.
Tenga en cuenta que la lista descargable que se ofrece a continuación se basa en los datos disponibles en el sistema R4BP2 a 1 de septiembre de 2013. Es posible que estos datos no estén completos ni totalmente actualizados.
