Information on biocides
Her finder du oplysninger om biocidholdige produkter, der er godkendt på EU-/EØS-markedet, i overensstemmelse med direktivet om biocidholdige produkter (direktiv 98/8/EF) eller forordningen om biocidholdige produkter (forordning (EU) nr. 528/2012).
Alle biocidholdige produkter, der indeholder godkendte aktivstoffer, vurderes med hensyn til sikkerhed og virkning, inden de må sælges i EU. Produkter, der kom på markedet før 2000, kan dog fortsat sælges, mens myndighederne vurderer de aktivstoffer, de indeholder.

Du kan søge efter biocidholdige produkter ved hjælp af:
Produktets handelsnavn
Produkttype
Aktivstoffet i produktet (inkluderer muligheden for at søge efter aktivstoffer, der vides at være kandidater til substitution)
Oplysninger om godkendelse (f.eks. indehavere af godkendelser eller godkendelsesnummer)
Produktoplysninger (f.eks. oplysninger om anvendelse, såsom målorganisme og anvendelsesmetode for et produkt, eller fare- og sikkerhedssætninger).
Typer af produktgodkendelser
Der findes information om 3 godkendelsestyper:
Forenklet godkendelse: Disse biocidholdige produkter har en gunstigere profil for så vidt angår miljøet samt menneskers og dyrs sundhed og omfattes derfor af en forenklet godkendelsesprocedure. Godkendelsen offentliggøres sammen med de tilhørende meddelelser om tilgængeliggørelse af et biocidholdigt produkt på markedet.
EU-godkendelse: Disse biocidholdige produkter må bringes i omsætning i hele EU/EØS og Schweiz.
National godkendelse: Disse biocidholdige produkter er godkendt i bestemte EU-lande. Godkendelsen offentliggøres sammen med de tilknyttede gensidige anerkendelser i de andre medlemsstater, hvor det biocidholdige produkt er tilladt på markedet.
Sådan præsenteres informationen
Biocidholdige produkter præsenteres som grupper af godkendelser, produktklynger, mens gensidige anerkendelser (udvidelser af den nationale produktgodkendelse til andre markedsområder) præsenteres sammen med deres referencegodkendelser. Det giver dig mulighed for at spore alle de markedsområder, hvor et bestemt produkt er bragt i omsætning, samt alle handelsnavne, der anvendes til at markedsføre produktet. Produkter, der godkendes gennem den samme godkendelsesprocedure for biocidholdige produkter, har deres egne klynger.
Princippet om produktklynger anvendes også i forbindelse med søgninger. Det betyder, at resultattabellen viser produktklynger, der indeholder mindst én godkendelse, der opfylder søgekriterierne. Så hvis du f.eks. søger efter status "godkendt", vil du finde alle de produktklynger, hvor mindst én godkendelse indeholder denne specifikke status.
I resultattabellen vises information på produktklyngeniveau, og der findes mere information om specifikke produktgodkendelser i produktfaktaarket. Hvert produkt har et særligt faktablad, der indeholder oplysninger om gældende handelsnavne, dokumenter og indehavere af godkendelser for hver enkelt produktgodkendelse, herunder produktets tidligere vurderinger. Faktaarket kan tilgås via øjenikonet i resultattabellen.
Sammenlign biocidholdige produkter
Du kan sammenligne op til fire produkter for at se deres egenskaber, såsom produktets aktivstoffer, deres koncentrationer, oplysninger om produktanvendelse og fare- og sikkerhedssætninger.
De fleste oplysninger i sammenligningsværktøjet kommer fra produktresuméet. Produktresuméet er kun tilgængeligt for de produkter, der er godkendt siden 2016. Produkter med et produktresumé, der er indsendt før den 1. januar 2016, vil kun indeholde begrænsede oplysninger i sammenligningsværktøjet: handelsnavne, markedsområde, aktivt stof (uden koncentration) og produkttype.
Eksporter resultater
Du kan eksportere resultaterne for biocidholdige produkter til ECHA-webstedets standardformater (XLS, CSV og XML). De eksporterede resultater er ordnet efter produktgodkendelse, dvs. hver godkendelse er placeret i en række for sig.
Kolonnen "målorganisme" i den eksporterede fil er en kombination af tre felter: gængs betegnelse, videnskabeligt navn og udviklingstrin, f.eks. rotte (Rattus norvegicus), voksne.
Bemærk, at på grund af tekniske begrænsninger vises i øjeblikket kun et begrænset antal annullerede og udløbne godkendelser. De vil gradvis blive offentliggjort.
Liste, der kan downloades (uddrag fra R4BP2)
Nedenstående fil, der kan downloades, indeholder de produktgodkendelser i overensstemmelse med direktiv 98/8/EC (direktivet om biocidholdige produkter) og forordning (EU) nr. 528/2012 (forordningen om biocidholdige produkter), der blev indhentet fra IT-systemet R4BP2 den 1. september 2013.
Bemærk, at listen, der kan downloades nedenfor, er baseret på oplysninger, der er tilgængelige i R4BP2-systemet fra og med den 1. september 2013. Disse data er muligvis ikke fuldstændige eller helt aktuelle.
