The acute toxicity of aquatic invertebrates (Daphnia magna) of 3-chloroaniline was determined under static test conditions. The measurement showed after 48 hours exposure period a results at EC50 of 0.493 mg/L, and a NOEC of 0.22 mg/L and a LOEC of 1.0 mg/L were calculated.
