The recent issues with REACH-IT have now been fixed. An update of the tool is available for all users.

Helsinki, 24 April 2014 – After the latest update of REACH-IT on 16 April, some companies experienced problems accessing certain attachments sent to them as internal messages through the system, together with other minor issues. ECHA has now fixed the problems and published an additional update of the system.
