Information on Registered Substances

The ECHA database containing information on registered substances can be consulted online. The information in the database was provided by companies in their registration dossiers. You can find a variety of information on the substances which companies manufacture or import: their hazardous properties, their classification and labelling and how to use the substances safely.

Public Consultation on Eleven Potential Substances of Very High Concern
The European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) has today published proposals to identify eleven chemicals as Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) and possible candidates for authorisation. The detailed proposals are available on the ECHA website using the link at the end of this press release. Interested
parties are invited to comment on the eleven proposals by 14 October 2010.
