Justification for classification or non-classification

The LOAEC for effects on red blood cells (MetHb formation) is 7,08 mg/m³ (= 1,1 ppm). This leads to an EU-GHS classification as STOT RE Cat 1. Under DSD T-R48/23 is the appropriate classification based on the available data.
