Description of key information

According to the final RAR (EU, 2000), C10-13 chlorinated paraffins start to decompose with the release of hydrogen chloride when heated above 200oC. Therefore, the autoflammability/self-ignition temperature of C10-13 chlorinated paraffins can be considered to be greater than 200oC
