Description of key information

According to the final RAR (EU, 2000), C10 -13 chlorinated paraffins (typically with a degree of chlorination between 49 and 70%) can be considered to have a boiling point greater than 200oC. Above this temperature they decompose, with release of hydrogen chloride (EU, 2000).
