GLP, according to CIPAC Handbook Volume J, MT46.3 (2000). Glass bottle with screw cap, capable for gas tight sealing. Storage will be carried out for 14 d in an incubator in the nominal range of 54 ± 2°C in the dark. An LC-MS scan will be performed before and after storage. Any additional peak will be identified and quantified if possible.

Accelerated Storage Procedure

No significant change in the test substance was found when stored for 14 d at 50°C.

Under the study conditions, the test substance is considered to be stable.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determined the stability of the test substance, C12-16 ADBAC (49.2% active) according to the accelerated storage procedure. Test substance was stored in glass bottle with screw cap, capable for gas tight sealing for 14 d in an incubator at the temperature of 54 ± 2°C in the dark. An LC-MS scan was performed before and after storage. No significant change in the test substance was found when stored for 14 d at 50°C. Under the study conditions, the test substance is considered to be stable (Lange, 2007).
