REACH-IT, R4BP 3 and ECHA Helpdesk will be closed during Christmas and the New Year

The REACH and CLP industry submission tool REACH-IT and the biocides application submission tool R4BP 3 will be closed from 23 December 2013 at 13:00 until 2 January 2014 at 10:00 (EET).
Helsinki, 13 December 2013 – Currently, REACH-IT and R4BP 3 are available from Monday 10:00 to Friday 21:00 (EET), except for public holidays. At year end, the IT tools will be closed from 23 December 2013 at 13:00 and open again for normal service on 2 January 2014 at 10:00 (EET).
The ECHA Helpdesk, which provides technical support on ECHA's scientific IT tools and advice on provisions of the REACH, CLP and Biocides regulations, will limit its services from 20 December 2013 at 12:00 (EET) to be able to process all the questions that arrive before the Christmas break. The ECHA Helpdesk will continue unblocking REACH-IT accounts until REACH IT is closed. All services will resume after the Christmas break on 2 January 2014.
Furthermore, ECHA premises will also be closed from 24 December 2013 until 2 January 2014. Enquiries sent to the ECHA functional mailboxes will therefore only receive responses from 2 January 2014 onwards.
