A single study is included in this section which achieved a rating of 1 (valid without restrictions) by De Rooij et al 2004 who compiled a risk evaluation based on the data included in the EuroChlor review (not included in this section as it already appears in the acute toxicity section). The EuroChlor review refers to another study relating to chronic invertebrate toxicity but this is not included in the dossier, being not available and showing a NOEC above the key study.The 17 day NOEC (offspring) for 1,1,1-trichloroethane on Daphnia is 1.3 mg/L.
