Description of key information

Testing for surface tension is to be performed only for those substances that have structural alerts for surface tension reducing properties (i.e. presence of both hydrophilic and hydrophobic parts in the molecule/foaming), and/or if the molecule was designed to be used as a surfactant. Hexyl salicylate is not such as substance.
