Conclusion on classification

The results from the aquatic toxicity studies are as follows:

LC50 (96 h) for fish: 62 mg/L

EC50 (48 h) for crustacea: 8 mg/L

ErC50 (72 h) for algae: > 1 mg/L

NOEC (21 d) for crustacea: 0.016 mg/L

NOEC (72 h) for algae: 0.016 mg/L

The substance is readily biodegradable and the log Kow is < 4.

Based on these results the following classification is proposed:

Aquatic Chronic 2, H411 according to the CLP Regulation 1272/2008;

no classification according to Directive 67/548/EEC.
