Description of key information

In one of the major uses of the registered substance, n-propyl bromide is dissolved in organic solvents in order to stabilise the substance prior to end use. The substance is stable in non polar and dry solvents. As such, n-propyl bromide is already well established as being inherently stable in organic solvents (in fact the stability of n-propyl bromide is increased by the presence of organic solvents). Therefore, the stability in organic solvents study (required in section 7.15) does not need to be conducted as it is scientifically unjustified.
