Description of key information
The flash point was determined using the Seta-flash equipment in accordance with ISO 3679 method 1 and EU method A.9. Flash point determination for Ethyl (S)-lactate ranges from 53.4 to 55 °C.
Based on these results and the underlying classification criteria in the CLP Regulation 1272/2008, Ethyl (S)-lactate shall be classified as Flam. Liquid 3.
