The test item consisted of particles of various shapes and was partially translucent.

The median particle size L50 (C(v, 0.5): 50 % of particle volume or particle mass with lower particle diameter):

1st test series: L50 = 26.77 µm

2nd test series: L50 = 26.54 µm

The average of the median particle size L50:

L50 = 26.7 µm

The particle size L10 (D (v, 0.1): 10 % of particle volume or particle mass with lower particle diameter):

1st test series: L10= 7.69 µm

2nd test series: L10= 7.78 µm

The average of the particle size L10:

L10= 7.7 µm

The particle size L90 (D (v, 0.9): 90 % of particle volume or particle mass with lower particle diameter):

1st test series: L90= 101.69 µm

2nd test series: L90= 98.63 µm

The average of the particle size L90:

L90= 100.2 µm

The measurements showed maxima at approximately <1 µm and 20 µm. A shoulder was observed at approximately 300 µm.
