Based on a weight of evidence approach, the vapour pressure of 1,2,3-Trichloropropane is 6.65 hPa (5 mm Hg) at 32.84 °C.

Vapour pressure data from three phys-chem. handbooks and from one study report of The Dow Chemical Company were being evaluated. The above table indicates that the values from the different sources are consistent and that therefore the data set can be considered as robust. Lide 2008 and Dow 1984 even give the whole vapour pressure curve. Since the 1984 study of Dow is rated as Klimisch 1, the value given there is highlighted above.
