Measured concentrations of test substance in test water (avg value at times from start of exposure)
The BCF's of the test substance ranged from
293 to 615 in Level 1 and from 336 to 658 in Level 2.
No abnormality in behaviour or appearance of
the test fish was observed. Each average concentration of the test
substance in test water was maintained at more than 90% of each of the
factors (BCFs) in fish ranged from 293 to 615 (50 µg/L) and 336 to 658
GLP-compliant bioaccumulation study in fish (equivalent to OECD
Guideline 305 C), Carp (Cyprinus carpio) were exposed to
1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane for 8 weeks at
concentrations of 5 µg/L or 50 µg/L (Kurume
Research Laboratories, 1994b).
No abnormality in behaviour or appearance was observed. Bioconcentration
factors (BCFs) ranged from 293 to 615 (50 µg/L) and 336 to 658 (5 µg/L).
