In a GLP-compliant bioaccumulation study in fish (equivalent to OECD Guideline 305 C), Carp (Cyprinus carpio) were exposed to 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane for 8 weeks at concentrations of 5 µg/L or 50 µg/L (Kurume Research Laboratories, 1994b). No abnormality in behaviour or appearance was observed. Bioconcentration factors (BCFs) ranged from 293 to 615 (50 µg/L) and 336 to 658 (5 µg/L).
